· During Production Inspection(DUPRO)
During Production Inspection (DUPRO) takes place while production is underway. DUPRO identifies product non-conformities at an early production stage, preventing full-batch rework and cutting time & cost losses for both buyers and manufacturers. Typically, inspections are performed once 20%–30% of production has been finished.
Inspectors will check the following items: raw materials, pre-assembled components, packaging materials, markings & labels, product structure, production procedures, production capacity, semi-finished goods, and perform finished product testing with full photographic records.
Normally, the following items are included in Enuoda’s DUPRO inspection report:
• Merchandise information
• Production progress status
• Packaging details
• On-site testing results
• Dimensional measurement data
• Workmanship check (raw materials, components and finished goods)
• Marking & Labeling
• Product specifications
• Customer’s special requirements
• Inspection photographs
All identified defects will be explained and clarified to the factory representative on site. A draft inspection report will be provided to the factory upon inspection completion. Our inspection team ensures the official report is sent to the customer within 24 hours. After customers review the DUPRO report, they may require the factory to implement corresponding corrective actions.
