Inspection Service
Full Production Line Inspection
(FPI)

· Full Production Line Inspection(FPI)

• The situations suitable for full inspection include: tight delivery schedules, high-value products, strict quality requirements, and first-time cooperation with new factories.

• Once the customer’s order is fully produced at the designated factory, Enuoda will calculate the required number of inspectors and inspection days based on the customer’s full inspection requirements and the order quantity. This ensures the products meet the customer’s quality standards and expectations.

• As required by the customer, Enuoda will perform 100% full inspection of all products. After inspection, qualified products may be packed by factory staff under the supervision of Enuoda QC. Our QC team will oversee the entire packaging process to prevent foreign materials or defective products from being mixed in, and will verify the packing method and quantity. Alternatively, inspected qualified products can be packed directly by Enuoda QC. All outer boxes will then be sealed with tamper-evident labels marked with the "Enuoda" logo or our official QC inspection seal. Upon completion, Enuoda will issue a formal full inspection report. The report will clearly detail the quantity of qualified units, the quantity of defective units, and include images of all non-conforming items. Customers are also welcome to conduct on-site verification in person if required.
